Hello Doctors:

I am a Master CM and a Novice Doctor and just received the ability to use Enhancement Packs as well as Reviz. I was wondering, how much skill points do I need to invest, to get the appropriate amount of medical use , to actually use buffs and reviz?

To use res kits, all you need is /reviveplayer. If you have that, then you're guaranteed to have enough points to use a res kit.

As for enhance kits, you'll need master medicine use (4th box) to use Enhance D's (until they fix not being able to experiment medicine use down on enhance kits - then maybe 3rd box)

You could? D's default to around 77 to 79 med use -- *thinks* Wait. That's 3rd box isn't it.
