I never experiment ease of use on my meds as I don't sell them to anyone. That being said last night I made some e's and noticed the med use was 49. That's master medic level I believe. Also, to be quite honest, the return on your investment to move up from d's to e's isn't profitable. Many more resources are required for generally the same healing. I'd stick with d's. Sure, the base d might be 800 and the base e might be 1100, but with all the inconsistancies in this game when you hit the heal button both heal for about 1600 avg.

45-49 after initial assembly before experimentation... master medic useability
