Help me my fellow Docs! I just got Master Doctor a few days ago, and been been buying/harvesting the best resouces I could find so I could make some Enhance Packs. I just tried making some Enhance Action Pack "E" and could only get the following:

Assembly "Great success", effectiveness 22% before experimentation, 82% after experimentation

Results? A measly enhance of 804 and duration of 11447

Stats on components used:

avian meat OQ 645, PE 961

iron OQ 964, decay 749

advanced solid delivery shell:

domesticated oats OQ 972, PE 464

dolovite iron OQ 964, decay 964

advanced chemical release duration:

herbevore meat OQ 859, PE 274

class 4 liquid OQ 139, PE 189

advanced bio effect controller:

lokian wheat OQ 503, PE 466

tatooine fiberplast OQ 130, toughness 476

So my question is are the stats on the individual components not high enough? all the schematics on the individual components like the DEC's and CRD's were all "great success" on both assembly and experimentation btw. Should I expect better results given the stats on the resources I'm using?

I'm really dissapointed right now. Any advice from the rest of you would be appreciated. I'm on Gorath btw, and i'm under the impression that the stats on these components are on the "top end" of what's available on the server atm. Somehow after making my first few packs I'm not so sure of that.

In any case, someone please point out what i'm doing wring here. I'd really appreciate it!

Well your post begs a few questions. First one is I dont think Enhance Pack "E"'s exist. I thought D was the best that could be made.

Secondly, your stats aren't that bad. I have have only got my C's up to 500, so 800 doesn't seem that bad to me. For a D Pack maybe it is I don't know.

Thirdly, an enhance power of 800 will actually allow you to lay on buffs of 1500 or more, which seems good to me....not sure if you are aware of that, apologies if you are.

Fourthly, overall you Ingredients are pretty good, but quite few things let you down. Your Class 4 is horrible and your Avian meat is ok but could be better.

You're right, my bad not E's but D's. I also tried the enhance healthpacks and those are available in E's so I must have confused myself with all the frustration i was feeling. Doh!

Anyway, thanks for your input. I could've sworn I read about buffs in the 3K range, so I just wont to know what I need to do to get my packs closer to that range.

If I'm way off base here please someone set me straight. Thanks.

800 is reasonably good. I think my best action buff right now is about 831 without full adv components and it'll land for 2600+ That's nothing to sneeze at. 11000 duration is quite a long while as well.

I used ALL advanced components and got just 830. According to your post you don't usa all adv components yet arrive at the same base. Hmmmm! I will try for better stats on some of the components and see if it improves.

I was expecting higher I guess. It should be pointed out that the food/chem tool is 13+ and the crafting station is 41+ rating. So I was really thinking I'd get something higher.

Uh ... the buff packs you made are godly. 830 base doesn't mean it buffs for 830. It's like a heal, it buffs for a number determined by a combination of factors such as the medical rating of your droid.

You made very good buff packs. Nothing to complain about. Try applying them with a 110 rated droid.

You should get buffs of 2k-3k from those packs most of the time (sometimes it will be lower).

that is assuming you aren't applying them with your level 1 medical module droid out, or in the teeniest tiniest camp ever.

Generally speaking, at master doctor, my enhances do anywhere from 1 to 3x the value of the enhance kit. so with your 800 enhance, I would get between 800 and 2400 (actually a little higher as thats what I get with my 740ish packs)

You have mediocre ABEC, that tatoo fiber is awful

And actionD doesnt need exactly avian, any organic/inorganic do.

With mediocre ABEC and great 993/940 org 996/928 inorg i managed to get 914 base, and it wasnt amazing experimentation.

My best enhance ever was a 2976 action buff. Using a pack that was just over 900 I believe. I had near perfect resources (high 900's on each stats needed) for the inorganic and organic. And some very good advanced components, although I could get better ones.

On all the other kits, I get about 800 as well. Biggest buff with those is in the 2700's, with a medical droid with 110 rating.

Well it seems the general consensus is the packsare about on par as could be expected given the quality of components used. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't screwing up something in the assembly or experimentation process of it all. I guess I will hold out for a resource shift and hope for some better stats on the Class 4 and Tatooine Fiberplast. That should give me better results.

To all of you- a great big thanks for your feedback and encouragement. This is my first RPG and my second character that I maxxed out on this game (the first was combat oriented). I've only been a Doctor for a few days but now that the grinding is over I'm really excited about playing the role of a healer and supplier of quality medical products.
