-What doctor skill boxes do i need to use enhance d packs?i plan to buy ready made enhance d packs made by master doctors. Thx in advance for your responses.

You have to have Advanced Wound Treatment and have the /healenhance ability to use ANY enhance packs.

It also depends on the med use level too, im not sure what the med use for Enhance D's are, but I would quess that you would need at least Doc knowledge 3/4

You are correct, enhance d's have large med use requirements which means that you need 0/2/3/0 minimum to use d's. Experimenting them down is currently bugged, so the best you can get if i remember correctly is 75-78 med use.
