now my primary character isnt a doctor nor do i pretend to be the best but as rampant Pvp'r and Pve'r with my primary i have noticed i never go back to a med center...with these nifty clone centers i dont seem to wound...and when i do i just whip out a surgical droid and novice medic myself to death., Heres a couple ideas i had to make upcoming doctors more useful ( my doc is a novice doctor who has about 100 credits and sees if he is lucky 5 patients per day )

1. The clone center - Cloning is good and alll but i think their should stil be more of a penalty for death ( aside from the upcoming fix to corpse runs ) Either i should have to pay 1k everytime i die to make it less of free trip back to town or possibly when you clone you have some wounds but still much less then if u cloned.... ( if i had 300health and 200action wounds for a death without cloning i might only get 100health 50action if i clone). As it is now i only get 1-5 wounds no matter what and any novice medic can heal that.

It might also be ( this is com'in outta my ass but i think its kinda cool ) cool if Cloning terminals were 500 per clone BUT in order to clone a doctor would be required to "Draw blood" (/take blood) and you would need to use that at the terminal too....making the harder planets a bit risk'r for the insane player ( me )

2. Wound pack B's - It seems these days everyone takes 15 points to pick up novice medic ( even my main char did that ) with these powerful wound packs i can VERy easily heal 100 wounds per heal......with full black "HA" thats only a 5minute time out for me. I think the med req of these should be 10 or 15 (without the ability to experiment down ).....Its very easy to get pharm 1 and 2 without these( i had 2/2/2/2 without realizing i could use them., and i did it real fast)

3. Registering Location - Remember the hypocratic oath well i think that as long as your in a register'd location an unaligned doctor should be able to heal TEF'd and Overt faction players/pets..it just makes sense that i should be able to heal anyone under this rule

again i dont claim to be that knowledgeable about the proffesion but i just thought maybe some of this could possibly help

Your character tooka Hipocartic Oath? Wasn't that invented in a galaxy far, far awy, a long, long time from now? And even then only applicable to some of the cultures of that far away, far future world called Earth?

just a thought i mean being non factioned i should be able to heal anyone in my opinion

Actaully check out Issue #5 on the Big list for what seems to be occuring on that front so far.

They do? You mean they don't speak Basic? I thought everyone, except Wookiees, spoke Basic.

"galactic basic" which is our english...but i usually speak zabrak but it pisses most people off :/
