Im just in need of advice. Currently in the commando tree im 1 3 4 0, and in the ch tree im 4 3 2 4, either one i could master tonight, the problem i i only have 9 skill points left.

I want to pick up doctor and armorsmith as complete new professions to be honest, but im not going to not master these skills, and then have them be ones i need to open my fs slot.

(this is bull**edit** how your required to unlock fs, it really is, i dont want to master either, but im going to just in case... You suffer when you pick the wrong class i guess)...

Now, im told having high ham creatures can help you with doctor, and significantly.

Do i need to be high on the CH ladder for this? Or do i need to just have the basic skills to reap the benifits of burn wounding the pet...

If its significant ill drop a few ch boxes and pick up master commando, then drop it again, and all the prerequisites so i can start working on armorsmith/doctor effecivly....

any help would be much appriciated.

Essentially, is CH that helpful as to make sure that i keep it to help with doctor? If not ill just drop it and keep commando for a while.. Essentially im trying to figure out which to master and drop and in which order. is CH helpful enough to keep? if so how far up do i need to be for it to be effective (for burn/healing)...

How does having high ham creatures help you in doctor tree? Maybe get some xp from healing thier wounds? You don't get xp from jsut healing them ya know.

You get the same xp buffing a gnort as you do a ravaging rabid rancor.

To be honest, doctor and combat medic are prolly the easiest to master, minus the crafting of course. Heck, I started in combat medic just because was tired of sitting on maxed med xp. And now seems like everytime I go out hunting with group I'm maxed again. Could master it if I wasn't so stuburn and would give up novice artisan haha

My advice to ya would be go ahead and finish mastering CH and surrender it since you so close, at least it'll take care of that class in case its you "silent" cron. You are master medic, so can use Stim D's to heal for a while.

Of all the things we do, healing in a hospital gives the most XP per point, something like 2.5 XP per wound healed.

It will make it a lot quicker to level medic/doctor if you have something you can roast with flamethrower and then heal. With experimented Wound B packs giving a base heal of 160 points, you are looking at about 3-400 points per charge, so medic will go by in a flash (except for crafting) if you buy your meds from a Master Doctor. Another reason to do this in the hospital (besides getting maximum use from your meds) is that there will be a trainer nearby to train you when you need it.

Once you make Novice Doctor, use the /register command to get an extra 10% boost to healing XP while in a hospital. As for crafting, buy about 30,000 Tat Fiberplast & Lokian Wild Wheat, and grind BECs until you can grind ABECs. You can trade high-quality avian or herbivore meat (OQ > 900) to an existing Doctor for that, would be my guess given your current profession.

I do think that if you heal a pet repeatedly to become a holodoc, your tag should say (Master Veterinarian)
