the +25 cap is not to wound treatment itself, but from the individual mods.
BE clothes and skill atachment modscap at +25
you can then stack +25 more using bivoli food

Hello everyone,
I am getting ready to start wokring on become a Master Doctor. I have run into something called BIVOLI. It is supposed to be something to give a bonus to your med skills? Would someone be kind enough to clue in a aspiring physician? Thanks!

Bivoli is food that increases wound treatment. I would say for buffs, don't buy it unless it is +20 or better (I turn down anything below +24 myself, but then again, I also have access to the higher quality as well). When wound treatment is increased by bivoli, which is for 10-15 minutes, you can heal a greater number of wounds using the same pack. But for wound healing, it is a waste, it is most useful for buffs, which is really the only practice that "justifies" the cost of using it. Buffing without bivoli I hit 2250 or so, but when I take a bivoli, it boosts the buffs to 2420 using the same packs.
It would appear to me that you are a new doctor, so read all that you can on the FAQ that has a sticky on it, and check out iootnega.com, Agent001's site. This will tell you all that you need to know, except for real-world experience, on how to be an effective, efficient, helpful doctor. I would recommend "personally" to start of by buying buff packs, IF that's what you want to do to with your doctor. If you DO want to be a buffer for money, start gathering the resouces that you can, while buying buffs to supply yourself to start off, and experiment with your abilities. You will learn a LOT more just by DOING it and finding out for yourself.
I did quickly check the first page of the sticky, and the FAQ at Agent001's site, and it mentions bivoli, but does not go into this sort of detail, but other questions that you have, check the FAQ, since I'm sure it can answer just about anything else. Good luck.

Thanks a million, I am just getting going with being a Master Doctor now. Your advice was great. I have been reading all I can from FAQ to regular posts. All of you experienced Doctors have a wealth of information posted. I also have sinve learned how to use the search feature. I am new to forum boards. Anyway, thank you very much for helping me out!

Lol
I personally use two kinds of bivoli, cheap one when I only buff one or two people and BE one when buffing more than 2 people.
