Thread: I cant get my buff pacs over 900?

I have all 900+ OQresources, +5 doc crafting apron and im master doctor. Getting all great success and amazing success experimentation. Why cant I get over 900 buff pacs?

All has to do with the quality of the resources you use.

You need high PE and OQ and componants over 60 power or 15 power. If all else fails, find Janta blood and throw it in in place of the ABEC's. If your PE and OQ don't add up to above 1500, that resource is trash. I finally got over 900 base with some 900+ OQ/PE Avian. Also let me hit my PR with a 1104 health pack huzzah. Now onwards to 1150.
