I just came back off of a 4 month break (college) and am back to playing SWG. I finished my previous holocron prof (TKA) and my next one said to master doctor. I know after Tuesday, holo-grinding will be obsolete, but I want to get as much of a headstart as possible on the Force Sensiive Quests. If anyone could please tell me the easiest way to master doctor, I'd be most appreciaitive.

Use tumbler to get to doctor, once you are there get skills to be able to use buffpacks.
Buy or make buffpacks you can use, get bivoli/wound treatment +25 clother and 110 medical rating droid, and go around giving people free buffs.

You'll get many thousand XP points from every person you buff.

Climb the woundtreatment tree, then the treatment speed tree, then sit down and do the crafting.

Craft even if it is boreing and it will go faster then expected

And pay a tumbler to tumble for days and you need good b stims like crazy if you do that, and you'll get it fast enough

Some of us here have been doctors since release (myself included), and I personally find it sickening that Doc, CM and medic can be mastered in a day. I remember sitting in the Bestine Med Center, healing people's wounds for xp. It was nice because I got to know people, and made a few friends. (Sorry, had to say it )

Having said that....

Fastest way is to get three players in full composite armor, have them get their action and health buffed, and have them make a /tumbletostand;/pause 1; etc. macro.

I mastered CM, Doc and Medic in a day doing this. CM and Doc crafting will take about 40k of Lok Wild Wheat, and Tatooine Fiberplast.

Don't forget to buy crates of stims. Once you hit PharmIII you can use Stim Cs, Stim Ds at Pharm IV, and Stim Es at Master Medic.

Just make sure people understand that they're BAD buffs! I had someone flip out because the FREE buff I have him was utter crap.

/sigh

The crafting is the worst part, put a good movie in and just listen to it.

I got from novice medic to master Doctor in 2 days this week.heres what I did....

I had a 2nd account at the time, so I made the perfect tumbler. I then made a Tumbling macro, and then a macro that would use my stims in my inventory to heal the tumbler. I hit master medic in a hr and half, After I hit doctor I just let my macros run all day, and checked on my character once in awhile, and got trained on my new skills. After about 7 hrs I was 4440 in Doctor, and just needed to get the crafting up. So the next day I crafted didn't use a macro cuz I suck with macros, so I crafted my self took about 7 hrs, and then I hit master.

To every1 about to flame, I could careless I hate grinding, and I do it as fast as I can. When the game came out i grinded to a bh in a month, so I did my fair share of grinding. Becomming a Doc with out a tumbler is just insane.

I completely agree, I gathered every last ounce of medic xp in the AH cantina healing wounded pvp'ers and keeping the local dancers happy with my ohh soo uber 78 powered stim A's. All of my doctor xp was done out in the field battling in pvp. I healed people, and those damned commandos burnt up all of my homeboys. But they actually did me a favor and gave me a lot of xp by healing my pvp'ing comrades. For the crafting make ABEC's in practice mode for the most amount of xp per crafting application.

Now that I have already mastered medic and doc on my main and he has dropped them, my alt is picking them up and I will not be slowly gathering this xp all over again over the course of the next several months. I am sorry to say it, but after mastering them both once the hard way I am going to grind like mad to master them again. Buffing people for free and afk tumblers (although vary much so hated by me) are now on my high prized priority list, go figure.

I just mastered last night and I never healed a tumbler. Here is what I did: I had a friend who was a Master Combat Medic poison a 9k Ham pet with wounds in Action and Health. I then set up a macro to heal action and health wounds on the pet.

You are probably aware that you get a lot more experience healing wounds than damage, right? Try healing 9000 wounds in strength and 8000 wounds in action in one sitting.

My average during one poison session was 60k experience.

still once u can buff either run around giving away free buffs to people or just go to the local newb town on mine its eisly and just buff randoms. they wont even know what happened most the time and it works great when there arent too many people on i got all my doc stuff done in 2 days. although i was alreaddy 3340 medic when i decided to go doc. and no not a holo prof for me just wanted to have profession that had a social aspect too it but wasnt as useless in combat as an entertainer prof.

i did it by having my alt keep telling my pet to do a trick - it drains action quicker than a tumbler, but also drains mind. if you get a mind buff on your alt beforehand, you're all set. Only took a few hours of that to go from novice medic to master doc, aside from crafting.
