Ok, Im a new Doc. And i plan on making and selling my buffs/stims/etc,etc

I was wondering what kind of harvestors i need to get the resoursces.

Im not new to the game...just a noob to crafting.

Come on Osi, I thought I told you on guildchat...:

Mineral harvesters (at least 2 mediums), Floras (at least 2 mediums), Gas (1 med at least), chemical (at least 1 med), and a water harvester, if you plan on making your own stims. You should usually have more minerals and floras than the rest

If you can afford it also, going all heavy harvestors is nice. Because it gives you a higher BER which means more resources pulled and it also has a higher storage capacity. Getting more than 1 is good to because if a really SUPER resource spawns you'll want to collect as much of it as you can before it shifts. HEHE I'm still using Class 4 Liquid Petro that spawnedapproximately 6 months ago

For buffs, you'll be collecting:

two chemical types (class IV liquid petro, tat fiberplast)

twofloral types (lokian wild wheat, domesticated oats)

one mineral type (dolovite iron)

one gas type (reactive gas)

two (unharvestable) meat types (avian, herbivore)

For one buff set, the ratio of whatyou'll needis:

dolovite & dom oats: avian & reactive : class IV & herbivore : lok ww & tat fiber

1 : 1.33 : 2 : 3

So, if you can't affordseveral of each harvester, try to approach this ratio:

Floral: 4

Chemical: 5

Mineral: 1

Gas: 1.33

If you're making stimpacks instead of enhance packs, add on a few extra mineral harvestersfor the inorganic resources.

Most importantly, make friends with a hunter to get you good avian and herbivore, and pay attention to http://www.iootnega.com/medresources/default.aspso you don't miss the good spawns.

I have at leas one of each type of medium, if a good spawn occurs I may borrow some harvesters from friends to get the most of it. I do have heavy flora harvesters because that's what I usually need the most of.
