ABEC in practice mode. It only takes a few hours. You just have to sit and be patient and grind through it.

Get about 18k(since you already have one box you'll probably only need 15-16K) of Lokian Wheat and Tatooine Fiberplast. Then run this macro grinding ABEC's.

Then place the food/chem tools and macro in your toolbar as indicated. Note you may need to adjust the wait time due to lag and just how fast you can click. This macro works very fast because it skips the practice and experimentation windows entirely. You should be able to grind the whole crafting tree in 1.5 to 2 hours.

My 2 cents:
I never really grinded. I made 10 ABECS, 10 ASDS, and 10 Chem Rel in macro mode...but without the practice. I then made Stim B's, experimented damage, and sold them one various bazaars. It takes an exta 3-5 hours to grind to Master, but I made a profit and made something useful.

If you don't like that idea, have a Master Doc make you 1000 ABECS, 500 ADSD, and 500 Chem Rel (Repeat until you hit Master). Then grind Stim D's in practice mode. Stim D's have a higher complexity level than ABECS and should get you to Master Doc faster. You'll be doing 5 clicks per stim instead of 2 per ABEC's though. Try this, tell me if you get more exp in a hour with Stim D practice, or with ABEC practice.

For all the time and moneyyou'll spend getting 1000 ABEC's, or 18,000 units of expensivelokian wild wheat and tat fiberplast, you could just buy up cheap organics/inorganics and make regular BEC's. It doesn't take all that long, especially when you factor in the speed you can acquire cheap grinding organics and inorganics.

ABEC's give 3 times the experience of normal BEC's and tat fiber and lok wheat aren't that expensive if you just buy grind quailty. You can easily get all you need for 3 cpu or less off the bazaar

If you havn't done the normal grind, find a tumbler and make stim c's and as you make them, you are macro healing the tumbler. Should do pretty well, thats how I did it..

If you were on my server and in my city I would give you the wheat and fiberplast for the ABECs.
What you really need to do is BECs till you can make ABECs. Yeah you only get a little more XP but it will go faster.
Do them all in practice mode because you will be using crap resources.
Good luck to you!

Make sure you are using a food/chem tool. Open up your datapad and look at your schematics. The number you should enter into the /selectDraftShematic ## line will be where the ABEC is in the list. To find the proper number count left to right starting at 00,01,02....., be sure to skip any schematics that aren't usable by the Food/Chem tool you are using(i.e. skip over a droid battery schematic if you happen to have it). When I did the crafting, I'm pretty sure the schematic was 00, but I may be wrong about that.
P.S. After checking myself, I think the correct schematic number is 09.

Every time that I tried to do this, it changed after every log-in and I would have to re-number the macro
