I was messing around with some janta blood earlier, and I realized, that since wookiees can get so much base health, it would help to add up to alot of enhanced health....so I started doing some math....
A wookiee can have up to 1300 base health, right?
I have a janta blood buff pack that's 1180 power, and player cities with the medical center specialization offer a 10% medical bonus....
I also have some double buff vercupti I bought a few months ago, it's 49 filling, +988 HAM
So, find a wookiee with 1300 base health, and power boost, and add these numbers up...
1300 - base health
650 - power boost
1976 - 2 Vercupti's, 49 filling each
1000 - Neutron Pixie
3569 - 1180 power Janta enhanced buff pack, 110% medical droid, +25 wound treatment bivoli, +25 wound treatment clothes, medical center player city
Add that up, and unless I did something wrong,it's 8495 health.....lol

buffs would be 3375
1.1 (for 110 droid) * (1.1+1+.5=2.6) = 2.86 * 1180 = 3375
still pretty bad assed.
Whats the lowest duration on all of that?.. how long would you have all of that for ?

The formula I've used was this for a med center player city
Buff power x 1.1(droid x 2.5(clothes + bivoli) x 1.1
Without the 1.1 at the end, my buffs come out at 2491 with 906 power packs in a non-med center player city
with the 1.1 at the end, it comes to 2740, which is what I get in a med center city
7 minutes into it, you would lose the vercupti
13 minutes and 20 seconds into it, you would hit the pixie downer
