Thread: Question concerning Player Level with Master Doc/TKM
The short answer: yes.
A double-elite combat mastery, regardless of other skill points placed, should result in a level 80 character.
( IIRC, medic skills don't count towards combat level -- although Doc & CM skills do -- so you should be able to drop the master medic and unneeded lines with no penalty to your CL even before adding back the scout skills).
An example?
I was a TKM/MDoc/Scout 0040 (IIRC) and was level 80.
Comment:
When I was TKM/Mdoc I found 4440 a valued asset ( bacta Spray ). It was -- and still is -- probably the single most effective taunting solution you can find. Since TKM/MD doesn't do as much damage as many of the ranged classes, anything you can do to help hold aggro is a bonus.
actually you want to take armor break in swords, which will also give you the basic head hit, my tkm is deadly(altho he also has adk'd katarn knucklers which are indispensible for tk damage from what ive seen of their weapons so far)
you also want to get a bio eng cloth for terrain nego, theyre great, since tk needs no armor, be cloths of any kind can be used.

It is ironic.... It took a developer of games to redefine a profession, dedicated to sustaining life and defeating death, as a "Combat Profession" used solely and actively in the support of theaccomplishment of Death?
I wonder how many young and impressionable minds will take this SOE-defined concept into later "real" life.. into the operating room?

I took my Vibro Lance into the operating room IRL and totally did a Spin Attack for an Area KD on all those nurse and doctor mobs.
I'm doing 10 years in the Alabama State Prison system now.
