Thread: CA's to use, whats broken what works?

I am seriously confused at this point about what to buy and what to let sit. I have a BE modded dress thing , its +25+25 healing efficeny and something else. I have no idea what works or what to look for. The pricesof attachments have just become a joke now , and I will never pay anything close to what these morons are asking. So what should I do or look for?

Either the "morons" will end up dropping their prices, or the market will bear the cost and they won't be so moronic.
