Has anyone had any luck with Improved Extinguish Fire? After being lit on fire numerous times the other night while battling some commandos, I could never get this command to work. It appeared as if the command ran like it should but it seemed to have zero effect. I just kept buring. Maybe I missed a post on this, but I couldn't find it. Thanks.

Yes, it will work. It just depends on the Strength of the Fire. It's not an "instant out to every fire" like it was pre-CU.

A CM fire with enhancer takes ages (well around 3-4 attempts, ages in pvp) to put out. But with each try you can see the fire getting weaker in the combat log.
