so im a master doc and i just looted a +10 wound treatment speed tape, i mentioned it to my guild who informed me the cap is 100. so a plus 10 does not effect it!?!??!????

As far as I understand the cap is +25 but that is for bio clothing. Tapes might break this rule I am not sure I would think up to +25 to a skill you should be good for sure.

I would imagine that, like any other skill mod, you can attain up to +25 through a combination of tapes and bio clothing... of course there is no bio clothing, so you have to rely on tapes alone. It will speed things up a little, but +10 is not much... maybe a couple of seconds... Like Agent said, you are just better off using Havla and buffing at 1 stat/second speed.

They do work. It should shave a second or 2 off your timer.
