Can anyone tell me where to loot medical experiment tapes. Noone is selling them so I am picking up TK and going hunting for them myself.

I'm wondering if the drop rate on these has been nerfed. We used to see several per week on the Corbantis trade forums, now its like one per month. I hear that the tougher Nightsisters drop them, and Lord Nyax has been know to drop high level attachments.
