Once again SOE screwed up the schematics for Area Cure Disease B's and C's...

I made some of each with the same subcomponents and Dom Corn, butwith a different Gas for each (OQ 900+ for both). I got only a 21 point difference in the C's base effectivenes when experimented both up to 93% effectiveness. I was also told the A's are similarly the same situation.

The Area Poison's work just fine, there are large differences in the cure effectiveness when experimented on with similar resources. Why can't they get these things right the first time?
