Has anyone else had this problem. I try to heal someone or myself and I get the message "you must wait" I tryed logging off and it didn't help and I couldn't submit a ticket because of some major lag(got stuck in the refrence window). If anyone has a fix please let me know.

O.K. Just saw the sticky. Don't blast my post. But It still didnt help I just see that lots of peeps are having this problem.
