well i found a tape with +25 to food and woudn treatment.. i put the tap onto my wookie shirt and i got only the food skill mod? i was like **edit**. is this a bug or something? or is there something else i am suppose to do. thanks for replies.

Skill enhancers are bugged still. There's stuff sprinkled all over the tailor board about this.
