Does the level of wound treatment on the doctor line affect the results of using a heal enhancement?

i.e. will a doctor who is 04 0 0 have a better average result when using enhancements compared

to a 0 2 0 0 doctor?

I ask this because it seems that SWG classifies enhancements as a type of wound treatment based upon the time delay between enhancements and the msg it displays when u have to wait 10 more seconds to use and enhancemnt. Also the fact that the "heal enhance" skill is given in the wound treatment line of doctor tree.

So it is useful to move farther up the wound treatment line of doctor in order to get better buffs?
