Thread: Cure Poison/scoutIII Vs. Combat Medic support IV
I've not done much PvP lately, but plan tostartincreasing the amount i do. How bad is Poison and disease in combat right now? I have the choice of getting cure poison/scout expore III OR combat medic support IV. I was leaning towards the combat medic support IV. Ranged stims and terrain neg sound nice, and there is always the chance that they will add real combat mods to it. It also would require me to get ranged support IV. This would help my rifleman side of the build alot.
But, last night, while in anchorhead, I noticed more poisoning than bleeds or fire. There were ALOT of people asking for poison curing. I can get it if I keep scout III and drop all ranged support execpt for 1 (aiming). It weakens my combat skills a bit, so I really need to know how needed "cure poison" is
Is disease used much? or is it mostly a griefing tactic? There is no way I can even think about gettting cure disease unless I can find +20-40 skill tapes with terrain Neg.

Poison is also fairly common in PvE, as is disease in some areas. The PvE poisons usually aren't that bad and can be cured with a single A or B pack.
