Using the same resource stacks, the same tools, and the same crafting station.

Pre patch enhance action D's ~875 ~13000. Now, experimentation won't raise stats beyond 664 ~10000. The experimentations are a great success, the points are consumed, and the bar expands for more experimentation, but the values on the pack will not raise.

Other enhance D's experiment to lower values than before, but not as low as the actions.

I made an 892/12805 action enhance D just today. Seems ok to me. Have noticed that I seem to get more <1000 buffs when applying the packs, tho.

vortex4, that's what I've noticed as well. It seems to be a cap placed on our buffs which wasn't there before and no ammount of 'great success!' will change it...

I'm not really seeing a nerf. I finally hit a Player for 1800+ on a health enhancement. This is using the same enhance D's I was using before the big patch. I had hit 2200 before, but that was on a pet.

I am seeing this too. I cannot experiment my Enhance D packs as high as I could before the patch while using the exact same tools, station, sub components, and resource stacks.

The experimentation process succeeds and consumes points, but the packs' values never go up like they should. They just cap. My packs are capping at about 200 less in base heal and 2000 less in duration.

I got mixed results this morning crafting mine.

For the first time, I was able to get my action enhances over 800/13000. But, my other buffs I had a very hard time getting them above 600/6000, whereas using the same resources before gave me about 750/8000.

I don't believe the Action Enhances should be taken into consideration much since, after all, they don't require the same resources.

However, there does appear to be some form of cap on the other enhances.

It's not the effect of the Enhance that is at question, it's the stats during crafting that are.
