Doctor Archive

Don't know if this has been addressed. And while its notexactly doctor related, as a doctor iteffects meseverly. I've only noticed it since the recent patch. My mind secondaries seem to get stuck all the time now. They should be around 500 but they get stuck at 150. I've tried eating all kinds of food and drink, mind enhancing and not. I tried spice. I've tried waiting an hour to see if it fixes it. The only thing that works is getting DB. Is there some remedy i don't know about?? Is this done somehow on purpose? Please help.
