If you mean using /nextCraftingStage toexploit your way out of critical failures, yes they did fix it. Nerf is totally the wrong word

HAHA! I hated the fact that people could do that. I kept hearing Architects complaining about crit failing a PA hall, then I learned that this spread like mad among them. It was stupid, people expecting this not to get fixed?

This has nothing to do with the exploit recovering from a critical failure, grow up.

I got /nextCraftingStage to work in any way, shape or form when I finally set up my crafting macros about 2-3 weeks ago--before the crit failure exploit fix went in.

Now I just hit enter on the keyboard at those sections. I can live with the macro starting the tool and selecting the schematic and then /pausing while I load ingredients and hit enter a few times. Then my macro just fires up the next tool and loads the next schematic, ad naseum.

What I wish they'd do is check out how seriously out of whack the healing to med crafting experience requirements are. When I was working on Medic my heals were less so I used more so I crafted more and everything stayed pretty close (med exp vs crafting exp). I did Combat Medic first and not only did my heals start getting larger (both injury and wound) but I started getting more stims to a pack which meant ALOT less crafting. Add the fact that my high end meds need FACTORY made parts and we don't get crafting exp out of that....By the time I was ready for Master Combat Medic I was 4/4/4/2.5 so I had to 'grind' out my last box and a half. Now I'm almost Master Doc (4/4/4/2) and I've 'grinded' quite a bit of Adv BECs and am STILL 2 boxes behind. It just seems that is doesn't scale well at all.

Instead of "Grinding" make 3-5 extra kits a day and sell them on the bazaar. If they are of good quality everyone wins.

I'm a bit confused I think, and maybe someone can enlighten me. What exactly are we talking about here? Did they actually make /nextCraftingStage unusable now? If so, when?

I recently switched servers to hook up with some RL friends, and decided to make another master doc. Since I did the normal crafting grind for my first master doc, I decided to macro it the second time out. The reason I mention this was because I used the macro this past Thursday and Friday to grind through craftingand it worked perfectly fine (i.e. the only clicking I had to do was adding the resources). Has it changed since then (haven't had a chance to log on since then)? I never knew it was considered an exploit, but now that I think about it, I don't ever recall seeing a critical failure so I can see how it would be one.

So yeah, I'm curious. They actually changed/fixed it within the past couple of days?

It still works, try it away from a droid and/or public crafting station.
