Did the power rate for factories go up?

I thought before the major patch we were only paying 1200 pwr per 24 hours, now we are paying 2400 per 24 hours. Is this just a graphic bug? I pulled all of my harvesters and factories up after the "big" patch went live. Just looked at a friends food factory and still says 100 per hour.

no, the rates are just displayed differently:

let's say you have 50k of power with 750 PE, that means you'll have 75k of "true power units" to put in the factory, you'll see this when you select the 'deposit power' -option, the number available will only match your inventory power-supply if you have exactly 500 PE power.

Also, the power requirement was changed to display power required per hour, instead of power per half-hour, like it was before.

So, it LOOKS like you'd be paying 2x the power, when infact you are paying less than before (assuming you're using high PE power)

hmm no no wrong line.....

when i see 1473 pwr reserves in harvester and it sasys 14 hours and change for time remaining that tells me 100 pwr per hour via the display. It is ok though just tested it and even though the display is bugged it is only consuming 50 pwr per hour .
