Thread: bio clothes question.... very curious

i am 0440 doc. i know it is a plus 25 cap on pluses to skills. my question is .... is it a plus from your current lvl or a plus above the master lvl? so can i plus from 75 to 100 or to 135 as the cap for a master doc?


maybe a silly question but i would like to know for sure cause i am playing with the idea of going 0340 so i get pistoleer back. thanks for any input.

cap is +25 from you current skill level

it would be 75 +25 to 100 total.
