I'm confused about hospitals:

1) Does a hospital take up 1 lot or 3?

2) How many items can it hold?

3) What happens to the hospital if your city drops below rank 3?

4) Can you placea hospital, then transfer it to a non Master Doctor/ Master CM?

3) What happens to the hospital if your city drops below rank 3? You have one week to raise the city back up to rank 3 or else the building is deleted at the next city update.

4) Can you placea hospital, then transfer it to a non Master Doctor/ Master CM? Unsure about this one, I know that our city had a theatre plaed, and then the owner dropped the master musician and the theatre still stands.

You cant tranfer the deed to a non master doc, tried to today and didnt work.

What size is the footprint on a hospital? Is it about the same as a Naboo medium?

2) 75*3 = 225
3) No idea...my guess is nothing...its not a city building...your city just has to be above rank 3 at time of placement, tho this is unconfirmed by me!!
4) No, the person you are transferring to must be a Master Doc (not sure about Master CM)
