Whats the lowest Med use you can get a Resuscitation kit down to?

Probably low or mid 40's with the right resources, but there would be no point then because you would need Novice Doctor (in addition to Master Wound Treatment), with 55 med use already... therefore you'd just be wasting those points on med use, unless you want it out of curiousity.

yeah, doesnt matter what the med use you can get them down to, since you need 0400 in order to get the resusitate skill

I've seen them in the 30s, but I have no idea why the doctor making them wasted experimentation points on that. Possibly to sell some to people who don't understand that having a pack doesn't help you if you dont have the /command to perform the action.
