Can anyone tell me what the macro is for using a dizzy pack while being knock down and dizzy? If this is the wrong forum then accept my appologies and if you could point me to the right one.

Is anyone actually able to get that to work? I tried extensively and could not get it to perform the heal until I was ready to stand up anyways.

/kneel;
/healstate dizzy;

This should work for you. And don't spam it. Press it once, and see if your toon does it. If it says you are too dizzy to get up, try again. But spamming will cause you to constantly fall back down.
