Doctor Archive

I got the first level of Doctor crafting, and made my first buff. I experimented the skill use down to 55 (thats my skill mod). However, when I try to use them, nothing happens. No message, no nothing. I pull out my droid and try. Nothing. I try it on myself, and on others and again nothing. Whats going on?

Just because you can craft the item doesn't mean you can use it. Check the Medical Use lvl....

To apply buffs you have to have Wound Treatment 2 skill.
