if your droid has a 110 med mod in it I think it's a lvl 6. That's supposed to give you an extra 10% power boost. Normal hospitals and houses and such have a med use of 100.

What I want to know is....does having the person take off their armor make a difference? I think I may, but wanted to check with other docs. Also what is the number that you should tell them to get their battle fatigue and mind wounds healed first then come get buffed? (Ex. BF of 150 mind wounds of 37)

As far as I know, if the patient wears armor or not makes no difference to the power of your buffs. If you are wearing armor, it will also not lower the power of your buffs but it will take more mind points to apply the buffs as your focus will be encumbered.

I assume that the recipient's BF value could be an issue (it is when applying wounds). I believe you want them to have BF below 100 to make no difference. Mind wounds shouldn't impact the application of buffs whatsoever.

Something that's overlooked alot, or at least seems to me it is, is that the BF of the person being buffed will affect the buff, just as if you were curing wounds. I should diagnose every time beforehand, but I usually don't, I'll only check 'em if I see black in the Mind bar. If I see a lot of fatigue, I explain to them it'll lessen their buff and maybe they might want to get that taken care. If they choose not to, at least they've been told.
