Doctor Archive

I'm not a doctor, but I have a problem with doctors purposely running up and giving me crappy buffs so that I can't get other buffs. I was hoing you could bring this as a minor issue, maybe make buffing require /consent. I figure since other doctor abilities require this, why not? What do you think, and has anyone else suffered this problem?

aka the old 'ninja buffing' told some guy off on chimaera for ruining my patients buff who i was in the middle of, buffed him for like 300 action or something daft.
