Just a few questions I need answered before dropping bio engineer.
1: How long does it take to buff a person without any food?
2: I've heard you can eat special food to buff someone in 6 seconds blank, that would mean I could make 150 * 60 k which would be 9 mil per hour, is this really true? I could use some money in my pocket
..
3: How much of the money you get for buffing goes to resources, like the avian and herbivore meat?
4: If I really get some peace in buffing, I might go merchant. Is there a market for buffpacks?

1. No food - about 30 seconds.
2. Yes this food is called Havla. I don't know where you get your 150 * 60k from, do you charge 60k for buffs?
3. Buying your buffpacks It costs me a total of about, 750k (89 med use), for 5 crates of each stat, 25 uses each. You do the math from here.
4. Is there a market for buffpacks? Definetely. Your buffpacks will sell like hotcakes. So many Doctors buy their resources - at least on Chimaera, I only know of a few crafting Doctors who publicly sell decent buffpacks. But to compete you'll need some really good Avian and Herbivore meat - the competition is quite tough.

1. As a master doc you have a 15 second timer before you can apply another buff, 6 * 15sec = 90 sec = 1:30min. Count on 16-17 sec since there is lag.
2. You can eat Havla to reduce this timer but it will fill your stomach and only last for 2-3 full buffs. Then you are back on your normal timer. There are easier ways to make cash then doctor...
3. The most cost effective is to harvest your own meat as much as possible, harvest your own fiberplast, C4 and all other resources. It will still cost you some to get some harvesters and other stuff you need, see the Doc FAQ.
4. There is a market for buffpacks. The problem is not finding buyers but finding enough meat to fill your orders. Stims sell good too and is easier to make.
good luck

You're not going to make millions an hour, and halva has its limits- stomach filling and enough charge for 12 buffs (somewhat bugged). Halva is mainly idea for PVP.
I have been a doctor for several months and am at the point where I cannot afford resources anymore, so good luck with that if you want to make your packs and yes the buffpacks has a market which many doctors will sell them with lower than 90 med use or just regular ones with over 90 med use.

Yes let me give you some insight. My main toon is a master rifle / master tka / sword 0/4/4/4 and he can make money way faster and easier than my alt a master doc. I started my alt to buff my main and to buff newbies for free and occasionally (when I feel like being on but doing nothing) starport buff. My main toon can make 500 to 750k per hour with little effort. He can take down a janta totem pole in under 60 seconds for 30+k.....then loot a few crystals etc....well you get the picture. Doctor is not for money unless paired with swordsman and you are killing NS for loot.
