I am trying to make good buff packs, but seem to be confused on a few things. I have obtained organics and other chems/resources with either PE or OQ ratings of 900 or better. Which is more important; PE or OQ? Also, let's say I have organics with an OQ rating of 150, but a PE rating of 900. Willthis make a bad buff pack? I have searched, but so far I am having enormous trouble in Flurry trying to get resources that have both OQ and PE over 900. Usually it's one or the other.

Look at the schematic when you open up the tool. OQ is the most important factor but PE still holds a large enough percentage that to neglect it will drastically affect the final combine.
OQ of 150 with PE of 900 will make a BAD buff pack. Go to swgcraft.com and check the forums there. They have a downloadable tool that lets you input the stats on your resources and produces what the potential is for the final combine.

The required site for Doc info is www.iootnega.com
The guy has an awsome resource filter to help you see what is currently out there for harvesting as well.
