I've been playing around with different stats on BEC, trying to see how it affects final product....
With a 23 power 16 charge ABEC, I get a 25/892 buff (with 89 med use)
With a 21 power 20 charge ABEC, I can either get a 29/891 buff, or a 31/850ish buff. still 89 med use.
My regular ABEC for stims is 15 power 23 charges.
What stats do your ABECs have for crafting buffs? and do you use a different stat BEC for stims? If so, whats the stats for those? I realize this will be different across servers because of available resources. I'm just curious what others are using.

I'm not cheap so all my ABECs are power hungry
25/14 (with huge stockpiles) or 26/16 (w/o old resources). I use these for buffs, b/c then I can get more base, but low charges. High base means higher buffs and customers actually like to see that higher number. If they are comparing shops they'll see "866 or 888" hhhhhhhhhmmmm.
For stims It really depends, I used the 25/14s in some StimEs i just made, and I like the number of charges.
The only time I use charge heavy ABECs is for stun packs (b/c power doesn't matter) or for personal Stim Bs or Ds. B/c then I don't give a dang...

depend really if our buff packs are or not hitting the 900 power mark
me at Radiant made atm 16 power 23 charges BECs and getting 920 power packs on 31 charges.
Ican turn that BEC's on a 19 power 20 charges for example and get 923 power packs on 28 charges...
u can see how lame a doc can go on the second option..
Allways use high charges BEC is the better option for anyone, if u dont get enough power on packs dont waste charges just find better avian or gas

This is a common problem and trade off. You can exp your BECs to high power but you are greatly hurting the charges in the buff packs. Most buff pack crafters max out charges in BECs and then spend the rest in power. You are talking about at most 20 points in the final product but it is usually much lower than that. If you give the customer a choice between 900 power 25 charge buff packs and 880 power and 32 charges you are going to get more sales with 32 charges.

Well on bria , i make 19 power / 20 charges
I could max out the power to 23 but drops my charges to 14 or 15 cant remember
If you are making 90 meduse , mostmay go for power
But i pretty much just make masters with 32 charges for public buffing doc's
The old trade off , would you rather have 1 extra power or 1 charge , no contest for me

<<900 power 25 charge buff packs and 880 power and 32 charges you are going to get more sales with 32 charges.<<
dark, you know I think the same, more charges and even duration, but lately sales of 930er compared to the actual 890 makes me think its all about powers. not 100% sure. nobody buys cheap 770-3.5h-32use buffs, which still buff 2.1k.. which is sure enough for pve.
