I am a Master Dic with +11exp points and the Assembly and Exp FS skills. Today as usaul started making some buff packs for me and my guildies and the strangest thing happened. Lower Quality ingredients gave me better results in my experimentation. Here are the two test subjects for you to see:

Theavian meatof the second one are actually better. The difference in the ACRDMs is insignificant, so just ignore that. Theincrease of 300 PE more than offsets the 187 OQ drop. Where power is concerned, the avian meat's PE is just as important as the OQ. For an explantion of why, see this post.
