I bought some havla off of my guild's chef, because i saw another doc completely buffing all6 stats in seconds. So i asked what he used, and he said havla. I immediatly went out and bought some. But for some reason, i seem to only be able to enhance stats every 15 seconds. Im not sure exactly the stats on the Havla i got from my Chef, but hes a master, so i imagine they cant be crappy. The only things i can think that would effect this would be 1) does eating Bivoli cancel these effects 2) does wearing +Wound treatment/Inj Treatment Speed effect it or am i doing something else wrong?

Ill check the stats on the havla when i get home to be sure, and post them here. I spoke to the chef, and hes not sure either. Am i doing something wrong?

Is the havla's strength above 100? If it isn't, you wont be able to buff one after another. So, check that stat, I'm willing to bet thats the problem.
