As a doctor I sit in the med center a bit and do missions a bit. When I sit in the Med center, I hear all kinds of complaints about never being able to find a doctor when you need one. Most of the people I heal have novice medic or the like. I am seeing a circleular argument coming up here. Doctors are complaining about money. Well the solution for this is to do Missions which in a day I was able to get 100K. Also I have seen it stated to just pop up a harvister and sell organics and inorganics. Yet another person suggested to pop up a factory and make meds for sale. These are all lucrative endevers. Just think... In 3 days of grinding out missions you can have your very own PA hall to live in Ok now for the other side. I heard a person tell me he waited 5 hours for a doc to show and nothing. So people are becoming novice medics and healing themselves. So maybe if there was a system for compensation more docs would stay in the med center. Another option was put forth of a Doctor PA that could be looked up to see if someone was availabe to heal. I just wanted to get peoples opinions on the issue.

The med centers especially in the bigger cities ahve turend into free clinics. I rarely get a tip there, so i am rarely there. Get a med droid. Go to the cantinas. Look at the hams on the people inside. Find one with lots of black. Ask them if they want a heal. 99% of the time they say yes. Ask them to step outside. Take out the droid. Heal them. 75% of the people will tip for this kind of service. I have gotten tips for 100-1000 creds. Another place is at space and shuttle ports. They are already waiting there and are outside. Dont attempt to get xp with med A's. Use stims and craft untill you can at least get b's.
