Doctor Archive

Anyone know where I can get a reliable list of what the med usage requirements are for the variety of stim/wound/revive/enhance packs? I have checked a couple of the strategy sites and the boards here and can't find a good list, just a mention of one here and there. I'm trying to maximize the effectiveness of the points I'm going to spread into the two medical fields.

P.S. Both Combat Medic and Doctor packs would really help a lot.
