I almost have master doctor (over halfway in last crafting box) and I am wondering what resources are needed to make revive packs. All the crafting websites seem to forget that medics and doctors can craft.

most should be novice doctore med use...if they arent they are easily experimented down

More importantly what Medical Use level do you have to be to use them?

And is anyone selling them in Flurry?
