Im at work right now so I hope I get this right from memory. I want to make a stimp pack D, however it says I need a Biological controller from a factory crate .. or something like that. Where do I get this? Any tricks to this? Thx for the patience..

YOu need to setup a factory to make certain coponents for stim D's, at least that is what I've been told. I'm still only a master medic so I could be wrong.

Factories are still really buggy and give very little xp as mentioned.

I share a factory with a friend, we mostly use it to make components and then make the conplex meds manually.

you set up a chem/food factory first. Then you make a biological unit and instead of hitting the "make prototype" button hit the "create manufacturing schematic" one. Set the quanity you want (fyi if you ignore the scroll bar you can type in numbers over 100) then insert the schematic into your factory (under the options panel) next insert THE EXACT SAME components you used to make the schematic into your ingredients hopper, click start and watch the barely noticeable xp rack up!

BTW, if you know of another Doc or Medic with a factory, there are those who will make you the components you need, either for the resources and/or for a price. So you don't NEED a factory, just a way to get thsoe components. Some Docs even have merchants set up for selling medical supplies to fill needs for things like factory components and/or rare resources.
