I have to wait 20 seconds between wound heals, and 30 seconds at novice medic. I personally think that being a master doctor, I should be able to heal wounds more frequently.

Hmm... I was under the impression that I did wound healing at closer to once every 15 seconds, not 20. Guess I'll have to try and test that again.

I seem to be able to heal/enhance every 15 seconds as Master Doctor. Are you sure its 20 seconds? It could be lag on your side to heal. What you can try to do is use the timestamp on your chat window, heal/enhance yourself, then wait for the message saying "You can know heal wounds."

Like I said, it could be lag, because I sometimes have to wait more than 3 or 5 seconds to heal damage (I can't remember what it is with +75 to injury treatment speed) due to lag.
