I just made novice doc one of the skills says I can register on the planetary map. I'm confused on how you would register etc.. does anyone do this?

this allows you to register in a med center.. so when someone looks on their planetary map it will show either a Sun or a Moon ...pretty much just lets ppl know that your in the med center....however i have never noticed if this works or not
