100 power 10 charges bio efect controler i wouldn't mind some i talked with someone who made 950 power enhances with them.

You can find better than that. I got some that are 326 power, 12 charges. I made a 1284 power enhance D with it... works great =)

Stupid question from a novice doc what is Janta Blood? Is it a buyable item? Do u have to loot it?

You might try using the search tool to find the answer to this as its been posted numerous times but I will answer it again. Janta npc on dantooine drop them as loot.
