Hey all,
I just got novice doc today. I am hoping to get the master title in as short amount of time as possible and was wondering, whats the best and fastest way to grind teh medical crafting xp? Im not really lookin to build my own stims or wound packs, I just want to make my own buffs. I dont think I can build them yet but what is the best thing to start crafting at novice doc(most xp)? THanks for reading -AemTrooper

There is no fast way to grind crafting XP. The best method (to my knowledge, sicne my grinding days are over) to getting it is four crafting tools cranking out Biologic Effect controllers under a macro.

I've had mixed results personally, it used to work great now it falls apart on the /nextCratingStage. Some people still get it to work, there are a number of threads devoted to this so I'll just give the outline of the macro if you want more information run a search for "Crafting Macro" in the thread title, you'll get plenty of results.

/ui action toolbarSlot 12 (first toolbar slot second row, place your crafting tool there)
/selectDraftSchematic ## (the number of the schematic in you datapad, you'll need to experiment with the # of the BEC)
/Pause 3 (Gives you three seconds to load your resources, just double click them)
/nextCraftingStage
/nextCraftingStage
/createPrototype practice no item
/createPrototype practice no item
/Pasue 2 (pauses for a couple seconds before the next tool opens)
/ui action toolbarSlot 13 (second toolbar slot second row, place another crafting tool there)

Repeat the macro for all the toolbar slots you can get crafting tools for. Just to let you know more than 4 crafting tools is over kill. By the time you get the fourth tool making a BEC the first will be ready to use again.

The reason I choose the Biologic Effect Controller is the ease of getting resources to grind with. Aside from wind and solar energy anything you can get cheap will work.

Beyond that you are stuck, factories don't give XP and people using meds you made doesn't give XP, so yo uare doing it the hard way.

Macro or not, get yourself I nice ergonomic mouse pad cause it takes a while. And all that mousing and clickin is sure to speed up carpal tunnel syndrome (sp?).

Not currently, to my knowledge there is no way to completely AFK craft. You have to manually select and add the resources.

Odds are it will remain this way. The Devs had included a few changes to remove thee other completely AFK XP grinding macros so I don't think they will let up here.

You need to break the EULA and use a 3rd party macro tool to add resources afk. Not that I am saying you should break the EULA.

Carple Tunel (sp wrong) is a condition of the tendons in the wrist that is very painfull and requires surgery to fix in many cases. It is oftencaused by small repetitive movements (like working a mouse). I believe, like the surgeon Generals warning on cigarettes, there is a similar warning on the SWG box.

Bend your fingers back toward your forearm to stretch the tendons periodically. Besides feeling awesome, the stretching helps prevent it.
