I have crates of already made ADV. pharma..

i made schematics,

deposited all my ingredients and my 3 crates of adv. meds...

run factory go away and within 5 mins i get mesages saying factory stop out of ingredietns...

can i use CRATEs in the factory...

Yes. My guess is you aren't using the right ingredients. You ahve to use ingredients identical to what the schematic was made with. That means resources with the same name. It also mean sub-components with the same serial number.
