I'm just a novice medic, but thought i would get a professional opinion from u guys...

Recently i looted a biolgical effect controller, which was odd... so i checked out the stats, cant rememeber off the top of my head what it actualy did, is it charges and something else? Anyway, both read 10, which mine only read 3 and 0. I am a novice medic who uses crappy stuff.

So is 10 and 10 good? Is this a rare loot? Did u get upset because i ramble? sry

10/10 would be a "perfect" normal BEC. 10 is the max you can get on a normal BEC in both power and charnges. So that's a really good normal BEC.

The key is that what you found would be a perfect normal BEC. Compared to an advanced BEC, which any medic with Organic Chem 4 can make, it's subpar. Even the worst advanced BEC's I've made lately have 14 charges and 16 power.

You could probably buy one (with more snot that the one I just described) for about 200 credits. So, the BEC you found is probably worth about 100 credits or less. Sorry.
