Why do my buffs VARY so much? I can buff one person for 2000+ in one stat, then out of the same buff pack on the very next person hits for only 600? That is a huge variation. Thanks for the help.

Already have and found this:
"Even though an enhancement pack has a given "power" rating, the results of applying that pack can vary greatly. How much you enhance someone's attribute depends on three things: the power of the pack, your skill as a doctor, and the location in which you are applying the pack. Mathematcially, the formula looks (approximiately) like this:
Average Enhancement = Location_Medical_Rating * ( 100 + WoundTreatmentSkill ) / 100 * PackPower"
Same pack, same medical clothing enhancements, same surgical droid, same master doctor skilland same location, but still a huge variation.

Take a look at Gameplay Issue #3 instead for the real answer. And vote on it if you like.
They are considering giving us a buff overwrite capability, at least in the short term. Variability removal for buffs did not have enough of a majority to make it an acceptable change to the Doctor community and reduced variability for only enhances would take too much to code at this time.
