Yeah, this started happening in the October publish, I think it was. I forgot to add it to the Bugs list.

Has anyone else been able to heal yourself and other that have zero damage? I used to get a message that said the target had no damage to heal, but now it does the healing animation and the little snowflake comes down and it takes a charge from my stim, but the target had zero damage to be healed. I just started noticing this a couple of days ago.

I did a /bug, but then thought maybe it was intentional and I missed it?
